We decided to create a unique learning platform for the student community to provide an opportunity to leverage on what is happening in the conference. Unique sessions are designed on topics related to career, building one’s brand, challenges & opportunities of today’s environment, continuous learning, professional reputation and great network, to be led by senior HR leaders. Sessions will also provide practical knowledge on making an effective transition from ‘student life’ to ‘corporate life’ and the importance of the first 100 days to make an early impact as well as HR clinics to provide students the opportunity to interact with experts in smaller groups.
It will also include the winners of the ‘Young Thought Leader’ contest as well as four selected HR leaders from different industries to present their personal career paths. Finally, the National HR Quiz will provide an exciting opportunity for students to assess their business and HR acumen.
