What should a Preamble for Talent Leaders look like?

The Preamble of the Indian Constitution which highlights the entire Constitution was adopted on 26 November 1949 by the Constituent Assembly and came into effect on 26 January 1950, celebrated as the Republic day in India.

Without equality, liberty would produce the supremacy of the few over the many. Equality without liberty would kill individual initiative. Without fraternity, liberty and equality could not become a natural course of things.

As India celebrates its 71st Republic Day, our Preamble stands as a shining beacon of what we want to achieve as a nation. Ever wondered if business and HR leaders too had a Preamble to guide their organizations, what would it look like? What are the guiding principles that should define work-life?
