With several global organizations and leaders being cognizant of the visible need of focusing on the holistic well-being of employees, a majority have begun taking active steps to not just educate the workforce on mental well-being, but also take necessary measures to extend support to those who could benefit from it. 

It is critical to recognize mental health care as a basic provision and not a generous offering. Employee mental well-being is more than just a "nice to have" — it is a must for employers that need to remain competitive in today's hot market for talent. Wouldn’t it be great, if businesses deliver awesome values to the world — not at the expense of their people’s well-being — but rather while making them shine. The bottom line will take care of itself when the employees are well & happy. This in essence, is what corporate wellness is about.
