Every company has employees who are complainers, excuse peddlers, and hermits. They arrive late and leave early—and no one dares challenge them. They consume valuable time, energy, and morale. In business, they're called dead-enders. What to do if you are trapped in such a cluster, there are a number of strategies that can be used to prevent oneself from falling into that trap. It is the lack of management due to which these types of groups are formed in the organizations and for avoiding this certain strategies can be used such as being focused, understanding the root cause, try to be an example for others and in the complete process one must watch their behavior. By going through these simple processes many things can be avoided in an organization for the better of employees.
