Yeoh Sai Yew is the Group Director, People Department of Vietjet Group where he oversees all human resources deliveries. Yeoh brings with him 19 years of experience gained from different disciplines in HR in diverse industries, ranging from telecommunications to IT, banking, hospitality, aviation, and retail. Prior to joining Vietjet Group, he was with AirAsia Group, Genting Resorts Berhad; CSA Sdn Bhd, where he was involved in Business Process Outsourcing; and DiGi Telecommunications Sdn Bhd, where he successfully revamped and simplified the company’s benefits structure.
Wan is the Co-founder and CEO of the MasterCoach App and institute. Wan is an organizational psychologist with 10+ years serving at a regional director-level in learning and talent development. His career spans all three sectors – private, public and nonprofit. As Regional Learning and Development Director at an FTSE100 company, Wan led multiple portfolios including talent development and acquisition, performance management and employee engagement across 12 countries in Asia.
