Born in London and immigrated to Australia in 1972, Andrew Banks began his career as an actor, but it wasn't long before he discovered his passion for HR and took the opportunity to travel the UK, Norway, the US, Europe and Africa to build on his human resources experience - experience that eventually led him to start his own business in Australia in 1985 - Morgan & Banks (M&B). She has been the voice of organisational diversity and effectiveness, and has spearheaded many initiatives at Deloitte.
Amit Kaul has been with ONGC working in the Corporate Office , and involved in myriad aspects of HRM.
