Prior to joining Towers Watson, he was a consultant with KPMG and an industry leader with Hewitt Associates. He has also served as a consultant with Mercer. Srinivas Rao is currently the Director HR at the computer software services company, SAS India. He has over 20 years of experience, mostly in the IT industy having worked for some of the biggest companies, including Sun Microsystems, YASH Technologies Pvt. Ltd., JP Mobile, and Aptech. After spending almost 2 decades in the Financial Services industry, the author joined the HR Consulting industry, because of her strong belief that people are truly competitive differentiators for organisations.
