He is a graduate in Physics, and holds a post graduate diploma in Management from IIM, Kolkata. He has over 30 years of experience in varied facets of human resource management, at both operational and strategic levels and he specialises in coaching. Prior to joining the Group, he was Director-Learning & Development, Cadbury Schweppes plc-Europe, Middle-East and Africa.

Prior to joining TenXLabs, he was Senior Director, Head of Delivery at Virtusa. His areas of experience include business development, customer aquisiton, and new business and market strategy. He earned his bachelors degree from Birla Institute of Technology and Science and has spent most of his career in the IT industry.
