Twangout is a platform that integrates Twitter and live video stream from Google Hangout. Here the questions will be on Twitter, while the answers will be through the live video streaming in Google Hangout.

This Twangout will focus on understanding - the essence today is to be able to create a service which is distinguished and to provide value in the same. If all jobs are similar; Is class-apart candidate experience the element we are missing to attract candidates to an organization? If product selling companies can attract customers by charging premium for better service levels; likewise – providing a superior candidate experience can interest candidates!

Every HR or recruitment professional has reset their team structure and process to drive better business outcomes. Organizations have changed recruitment structures as part of their strategy. One important question is- Were all structural solutions implemented keeping the 'candidate' in mind?

Later many HR professionals drove process engineering and transformation where ways of engaging with the organization were seemingly made easy for the candidate - mobile updates of candidature, online resume uploads and live interactions on social media with leadership and many such. But was the process efficiency done keeping the ‘candidate’ in mind? Did the efficiency create a differentiated experience? This Twangout will help us answer a lot of these questions through the HCL case study/best practices .
