Many HR practitioners are aware of the fact that highly engaged organizations have 40 percent lower employee turnover, 10 percent higher customer loyalty scores and 3X higher operating income. Knowingly or un-knowingly HR practitioners still face challenges in “moving the needle” of engagement within their organizations.

This Twangout will revolve around answering questions like:

1) Do engagement efforts; actually make a difference at the bottom line?
2) How is engagement aligned with strategic imperatives and organizational values?
3) What role do managers and leaders play in employee engagement?
4) Do different types of workers call for different engagement strategies?
5) Does engagement have greater impact on performance than corporate policies and perks?
