Over the two days, participants will engage in facilitated breakout sessions, active discussion groups and live polling to answer four key questions: What is the future going to look like? What skills are leaders going to need? What are the best strategies for developing them? And what tools are in place to achieve this? The learning from these sessions will be compiled, shared across multiple media, and culminate in a comprehensive report defining the skills needed by future leaders: India Leader 2.0.
