This event is a discussion among a few selected 25 HR and Business Leaders. This roundtable is about Polarity Wisdom™, the art and science of navigating paradoxes in a complex environment. Paradoxes are problems that are unsolvable, and involve competing alternatives which are both needed over time. Leaders and organizations that can manage paradoxes well are more mature and more effective than those that are unable to, or are unskilled at it.

We will discuss how some leaders and organizations achieved significant paradigm shifts, and were able to enhance performance by identifying and managing paradoxes. We will introduce the concept of ‘Vertical’ Leadership Development which is about developing world views and perspectives, as distinct from ‘Horizontal’ Leadership Development which focuses on competency development.
