Launching the TA Leadership League Week 2016
TA Leadership League is a yearlong initiative which provides expert insight and information to the TA leaders and senior HR professionals leading TA function in their respective organizations. In 2013, People Matters started the first TA Leadership League to provide an exposure to the best learning & development practices of Indian and global organizations and helped in creating an environment where they can build their strategic capabilities. The focus of the league has been to provide an opportunity for leaders managing this portfolio to come together, share their best practices and ideas, learn from new products in the market by suppliers and raise their game to attract and retain the best talent.
This year, the theme of TA Leadership League Annual Conference was Agile Recruitment – An Ecosystem of Collaboration. The discussions at the conference focused on many important questions. What are the top challenges in the talent acquisition space and what are the blue ocean strategies around them? What does it take to build agile capabilities across the TA leadership? What are others doing – in the global arena, well as the India market? What kind of strategic approaches are working – and which ones are not? What is happening in the Predictive Hiring space? What does the TA marketplace look like? How can TA leaders engage the next gen better? What are some of the new ways organizations are utilizing social media?
