Often spoken about is how to hire the right candidate at the right time and how can that candidate’s skills be enhanced and empowered to be a potential HiPo for the organization. This master class will focus on how to identify if a hired candidate is a misfit for the profile and what are the various ways of tracking and dealing with such cases.

The session will revolve around and help answer the following questions -

  • Identifying a ‘Wrong Hire’ – Is it a cultural misfit or an attitude problem or a skill problem?
  • How to track a newly on-boarded candidate through a 30-60-90 days module?
  • What is the ideal timeframe for a candidate to improve his/her non-performance?
  • Who should be held accountable for the candidate’s non-performance? What steps need to be taken to deal with it?
