Nanjappa B S, Vice President & Head, Employee Relations, Infosys Ltd spoke about Zero Distance Plan, the reward strategy that helped the company to overcome challenge pertaining to fostering, sustaining and continuing culture of innovation.  He says, “Biggest challenge was majorly to move from old ways of doing things to new ways of doing things.
