AON Hewitt conducted its Annual India Salary Increase Survey which predicts the all India average salary increase across industries to stand at 10.6% for 2015, higher than major Asian countries. The figure hints towards optimism for the year. However, considering the fact that the previous decade had projected a high double digit increase, the past 2-3 years projects plateauing of salary increase. Below are the predictions for this year.
