Mike Oldham, Senior Director of HR Operations, Global People, McDonald’s Corporation

A strategic leader with diversified experience across disciplines and geographies, Mike Oldham currently serves as the senior director of HR operations for McDonald’s Corporation in their Global People function. In this role, Mike is responsible for leading the strategic and day-to-day people operations for more than 60,000 McDonald’s staff and company-owned restaurant employees in the US and Canada.

Chris Leone, Senior Vice President, Oracle Cloud HCM

Chris Leone is senior vice president of development for Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud, including Oracle Cloud HCM Suite and PeopleSoft. In this role, he’s responsible for the strategy and product management, development, and go-to-market functions that deliver modern HR in the cloud to global users.
