Sketchnote: Four Advantages of Science-driven Talent Acquisition

Over the past few decades a quiet revolution has taken place in the corporate world, putting enormous pressure on the organizations to change the way they operate. The traditional approach to recruitment has not kept up with the changes and continues to rely on resumes, interviews and gut feeling.
