Alice Eagly is Professor and Department Chair of Psychology at Northwestern University. She received her Ph.D. in social psychology from the University of Michigan. Her research interests include the study of gender, attitudes, prejudice, stereotyping, and leadership. Previously, she taught at Michigan State University, University of Massachusetts at Amherst, and Purdue University. She has received many awards, including Distinguished Scientific Contribution Award of the American Psychological Association.
