NS Rajan is a member of the Group Executive Council and Group Chief Human Resources Officer. Rajan, former partner and global leader, people and organisation, E&Y, joined Tata Sons reporting to the Chairman, Cyrus P Mistry, in May 9, 2013. An alumnus of Loyola College, Chennai, and XLRI, Jamshedpur, he is currently pursuing doctoral studies with IIT, Delhi. He is the former national president of NHRD. He also serves as Venture Partner of The View Group, L.P. Sabharwal has been an Additional Director of Pennar Industries Limited since April 22, 2011 and serves as a Director of ICAP India Private Limited and of India Insure Risk Management & Insurance Broking Services Private Limited. He holds an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
Leena Nair is global senior vice-president for leadership and organisation development at Unilever. She graduated from XLRI- Xavier School of Management and worked from Unilever's Indian branch since 1992. With her appointment as Executive Director-HR in June 2007, she became the first woman on the Management Committee of Hindustan Unilever Limited. She has done her Masters in Human Resource Management from XLRI Jamshedpur. Her areas of expertise spans HR strategy, talent management, and people management.
Laura Kohler is the corporate VP of Human Resources at Kohler Co. She is responsible for developing the effectiveness of the company's HR worldwide. Previously , Laura facilitated corporate teamwork development for Quaker Oats , Arthur Andersen , Wharton Business School and the University of Chicago. Krish Shankar serves as Executive Director of Human Resources of Bharti Airtel Ltd. Shankar joined Bharti Airtel in March 2007. He is a member of the Airtel Management Board. Ketan is an engineer from IIT- Roorkee (1997-2001) and a MBA from IIM Calcutta (2002-2004). Before co-founding Mettl, Ketan was responsible for marketing at 'Isango' - a start-up which is today one of the world's largest collection of tours, trips & activities. He was also instrumental in setting up the eco-system for India's first mobile payment & transaction platform at Indepay networks. He holds an MBA, Finance, Strategy from IIM, Calcuttta, and a BE in industrial engineering from IIT, Roorkee.
Karthik KS founded 24x7 Learning, a company involved in Online Executive Learning and Education in India. He also runs an NGO, www.tvesha.com to educate and put to school/college a few more children who also would have otherwise entered the manual labour industry. His specialities include enterpreneurship, e-learning, business strategy, strategic planning, and leadership development. He has done his Masters in business administration from ISB and has a PGDM from Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, New Delhi.
