Neelam Gill Malhotra is the VP, Human Resources for MSS Global Applications at CSC. She is responsible for design, development, and deployment of all HR programs and policies for India. She has experience in the areas of HR strategy, HR management and development, personnel management, organizational development, training and related activities. She has over 25 years of experience in HR and has worked in the IT, consulting, manufacturing, services industries, and also in MNC, private and public sectors.
Nandita joined Infosys in 1999 and founded the Learning and Development unit to implement learning and training effectiveness while also setting benchmarks for growth and development. Nandita's venture into the world of Human Resources began when she was appointed as Head of HR at Infosys BPO where she was instrumental in scaling up the HR department as the business grew. She holds a degree in literature from Nizam College, Hyderabad, India and a master's in psychology from Osmania University, India.
Based in New York, Tiger is credited as one of the pioneers who transformed Genpact (formerly GE Capital International Services) into a high-end business process and technology management company. Tiger began his career with the Unilever Group in India where he spent 7 years in sales and marketing and then 3 years with Citibank's Consumer Financial Services businesses in business, sales, operations and credit. Tiger has a degree in mechanical engineering from IIT, Mumbai, and an MBA, from IIM, Ahmedabad.
NS Rajan is a member of the Group Executive Council and Group Chief Human Resources Officer. Rajan, former partner and global leader, people and organisation, E&Y, joined Tata Sons reporting to the Chairman, Cyrus P Mistry, in May 9, 2013. An alumnus of Loyola College, Chennai, and XLRI, Jamshedpur, he is currently pursuing doctoral studies with IIT, Delhi. He is the former national president of NHRD. He has received accolades such as Outstanding HR Leadership by Hindustan Times HR Leadership Awards, 2012.
Mohit Garg is the Co-Founder of MindTickle, an E-learning solutions company. MindTickle is an award winning social and gamified learning platform for training and employee engagement. Prior to co-founding MindTickle, Mohit was a Director in the management consulting practice of PwC, USA and was Principal at Diamond Management & Technology Consultants. He also serves as Venture Partner of The View Group, L.P. Sabharwal has been an Additional Director of Pennar Industries Limited since April 22, 2011 and serves as a Director of ICAP India Private Limited and of India Insure Risk Management & Insurance Broking Services Private Limited. He holds an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
