Flipkart employees show a sweet gesture to appreciate the hard work of their lone co-workers

Flipkart has come into the light again for being benevolent towards its employees. A recent video on how Flipkart had surprised its lesser appreciated workforce on the occasion of New Year. Every day is good day to spread love and kindness, but the first day of a new year is a good time to fill someone’s life with happiness. Flipkart was thoughtful enough to make New year bright for people who work day in and day out silently just so others at work smoothly. The video shows a bunch of good-willed Flipkart employees came together to brighten up the first day of 2016 for the office boys, security guards and the likes.

Many e-commerce start-ups in India in 2015 expressed compassion towards their ever so hardworking employees with unique employee engagement programs. E-commerce company employees are required to put more than the usual 9 hour of work to keep the organizations’ operations functioning and it is only fair for their employers to extend a hand showing empathy and concern towards them.
