According to Gartner, more than 90% of businesses compete on customer experience only. And the customer experience is inevitably held till the last mile of the workforce. Hence, the next biggest competitive advantage for any organization seems to lie in employee experience. 

This conversation delves deeper into defining what employee experience is not, the role of technology in agile and personalised experiences and drawing parallels/success mantras from impactful customer experience designs.
