The CHRO Workshop & Awards Evening is a truly special evening where we recognise the emerging HR Leaders in our country. This celebration culminates the inspiring effort of over 8 months from all the candidates that took the challenge to participate in these awards. In the last 5 years, over 10,000 aspiring HR leaders have participated in these awards across the country.

An 8 month-long, vigorous and captivating process has been used to gauze the best of the best in HR – to find out those who not only make a difference today, but shall also do so for the years to come. Applicants had to prove their mettle through robust filtration tests which included online applications, cognitive tests, video interviews, face-offs and msany more.

Finally, the names of the ones who have portrayed their remarkable passion for HR shall be declared and awarded at the Awards Evening on 15th December, 2016 at the Crowne Plaza, Gurgaon.

To precede this award ceremony, we are putting together a fast-paced, highly interactive capability building CHRO Workshop. As CHROs of tomorrow, one needs to bring in radical innovation and creative thinking to revolutionize talent practices in the wake of multi-generational workforce and business being the sole priority.
