A World Bank report on Female Labour Force Participation (FLFP) ranks India on the 121st place out of 131 countries. And the reasons are varied and complex - right from the workplace support systems to societal attitudes. A Study by McKinsey notes that India's GDP could improve by 16-60% by 2025 by enabling women to participate in the economy.

What can women do to feel empowered at the workplace? How can they apply scientific tips that can help them accelerate their career?

In a high-energy presentation, Jennifer Martineau of the Center for Creative Leadership will share the research-based lessons captured in the book Kick Some Glass: 10 Ways Women Succeed at Work on Their Own Terms.
