The HiPo Week is a special annual initiative by Right Management and People Matters to focus on the urgent need for organizations to decipher the right way to identify, nuture and develop a High Potential.
This year's HiPo week brings you thought leadership from across stakeholders in the process of selecting, nurturing, developing and retaining HiPos. During the HiPo week will primarily focus on the four critical stages of an effective HiPo program: Identification, Notification, Project Management and Measuring ROI of a HiPo program. This knowledge sharing initiative will bring to light the important aspects organizations must keep in mind when initiating a HiPo program, share learnings about common mistakes many organizations’ make, and ways to attain the most effective results from a HiPo program. This year we also look at the stakeholders - their needs, their roles, the value they can add to this process and their capability development.
