Role and responsibilities:
• Design and execute comprehensive executive search strategies to identify, engage, and recruit top-tier executive talent, focusing on key roles at a VP level and above
• Leverage your extensive network and deep industry knowledge in Tech, Media, Consulting, and FMCG to source candidates who can contribute to our strategic goals
• Partner with senior stakeholders to understand their strategic objectives and recruitment needs, providing expert advice on market trends, talent landscape, and recruitment best practices
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a positive and seamless candidate experience that reflects our brand and values
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leadership talent by cultivating relationships with high-potential candidates and engaging with key talent networks
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders to ensure alignment on diversity and inclusion goals in the recruitment process
• Utilize data and analytics to inform recruitment strategies and measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts, making data-driven decisions to improve outcomes
