Deel, the global HR and payroll company, has expanded its capabilities with the acquisition of London-based start-up Hofy, a device supply and management company

With the acquisition of Hofy, Deel also announced to launch brand new offering - Deel IT, an end-to-end IT suite that will include services like software provisioning, app access management, integrations with mobile device management (MDM) and identity tools.

The acquisition of Hofy aims to help bridge the link between global HR and IT functions while creating a more seamless and unified experience for remote workers. 

Hofy adds a new business line to Deel's HR & payroll suite, bringing the platform another step closer to being the most comprehensive global infrastructure for employers and their teams.
