Dr Chandrasekhar Sripada joins ISB as professor

Dr Chandrasekhar Sripada would be joining Indian School of Business as Professor of Organizational Behavior & Strategic Human Capital. In a social media post where he made the announcement, he said, “I have joined the Indian School of Business (ISB) as a Teacher…,” and also expressed his excitement on starting his second innings in life.

He has had an illustrious corporate career in Human Resource. Previously he was working with Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories as the President and Global Head of HR where he was responsible for steering a workforce comprising of 16,500 employees. He had joined the organization after the post had been lying vacant for over two years.

Before that, he worked with IBM for four and a half years as the Vice President and the Head of HR for India and South Asia. Before IBM he was working with Capgemini as the Vice President and Head of HR. Prior to Capgemini, he was with Reliance Infocomm, where he served as the President - Human Resource.

He is a graduate of the University of Hyderabad where he pursued English Literature, and also holds a Business Management degree (MBA) from the University of Leeds. He is also a Certified Executive Coach and a Certified HR Development Specialist.
