Atul Chugh has been appointed as new President for the term 2017-19. He has been associated with ISABS, since 1992. He has held various positions in the organisation. In his last role, he worked as national treasurer for ISABS.

Speaking on his appointment, Atul Chugh said, “I feel both honoured and humbled to have been entrusted with this responsibility by the Members of the Society. ISABS has been engaged in applying their process work interventions for the well-being of persons and organisations across all segments of Society. I am excited by being a significant part of this movement and look forward to working with my Executive Board & fellow ISABSians."

Prior to this, Atul has headed the HR function for Rolls Royce & GE Money Servicing. In addition to this, he has worked for companies like Thermax, GECIS, NOKIA, and Eureka Forbes. His work has been in the area of HRM, Learning & Development, HR Shared Services and OD. He is regarded as an expert in areas like leadership development, HR Process reengineering, employee engagement, performance management, human behavioural training.

Atul is a certified executive coach from NEWS Coaching &Training, Switzerland and has done more than 400 assessments for senior leadership teams across Asia, Middle East and Europe. He is seasoned HR Professional with close to 27 years of experience.
