Synechron relaxes dress code

Pune-based technology consulting and outsourcing company Synechron is the latest entrant into the club of employers tweaking workplace dress codes. After similar policy changes by Infosys, Hindustan Unilever, and most recently Lenovo, Synechron now allows semi-formal attire. "Millennials believe an organisation's work, and not the attire of its employees, speaks for itself, and we've heard the opinions of many of our workers on a variety of platforms.
