67% of employees not confident of their employer branding: TimesJobs

Around 64% claim to have a clear and well-designed employer-branding strategy in place and 74 per cent say they are happy with their strategies, according to a TimesJobs survey of 560 organisations. With a fierce battle to attract right talent, having a powerful employer brand is of critical value and utmost importance. However, 67% of the 800 employees surveyed are of the view that their employer does not have a winning employer-branding strategy in place.
