Avendus Group has announced the appointment of its new Chief Human Resources Officer. Effective December 2021, Anirban Banerjee has joined the financial service company in his new role to kick-start the company’s growth.  

Welcoming Anirban on board, Gaurav Deepak, Co-founder and CEO, Avendus Capital said, “At Avendus, our people have always been our greatest asset. Anirban’s portfolio exudes over 17 years of shaping talent in the wealth management and FMCG industry. Prior to Avendus, he was at IIFL Wealth and Asset Management, where he served as Managing Partner and Head HR. His role involved helping establish the cutting-edge HR processes and systems in a multi-stakeholder business environment to build one of India’s leading wealth and asset management teams. Anirban also worked for four years at ITC Limited.
