Equitable electric vehicles manufacturer Arrival has announced the appointment of Mandeep Bajwa as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) of the company, effective July. 

In her new role, Mandeep will be responsible for the London-headquartered company's strategy in managing all employees globally, overseeing global recruitment, people management and operations, diversity, equality and inclusion, and organisational effectiveness.

Arrival was founded in 2015 by Denis Sverdlov with a mission to replace all vehicles with electrical solutions and protect the environment by producing low-emission and sustainable products produced in local microfactories.

He also added that he is excited to welcome Mandeep to the company and looking forward to her leadership impact. He also noted that Arrival will be starting production and delivering vehicles to customers for the first time later this year and he hopes that  Mandeep will play a vital role in scaling the organisation. 

Mandeep brings almost twenty years of global experience across all facets of human resources strategy and development on a global scale. Previously, she served as the Chief People Officer at Gett. Mandeep has also worked in various leadership capacities at CloudKitchens and WeWork which has helped her gain a unique perspective on building and sustaining cultures for long-term growth.
