ICRA Limited, an Indian independent and professional investment information and credit rating agency has appointed Sheetal Sandhu as the company’s Group CHRO. She will report to CEO, Naresh Thakkar.

As the organization's Group CHRO she will head responsibilities for group companies of ICRA (ICRA India, ICRA Nepal, ICRA Sri Lanks, iMacs, and ICRON ).

On joining ICRA, she shares, "I am extremely excited to be part of the esteem ICRA group. I would like to leverage my experience to create an HR difference and business impact for the organization."

Her immediate responsibilities in this role would be creating better employee experience through digital HR, build a more robust inclusive culture for the organization, and create better brand internally and externally.

In her earlier role, Sandhu was heading the HR for a research company, Evalueserve. 

Sandhu has over 16 years of industry experience. In her previous role, she led people strategies like hiring on niche assignments, compensation designs, increasing employee engagement and retention index, ensuring cost control measures for the teams/ functions and driving innovation agenda to achieve greater operational excellence.

Prior to Evalueserve, Sandhu has also worked with companies like Aricent and Cadence Design System.

Sandhu is an Economics graduate from I.P. School for Women, Delhi University and MBA from IILM. She is also certified in MBTI.
