Indian executives take up positions in global auto giants

Many Indian executives are taking up key leadership positions in global auto giants such as Volvo, Ford, and Nissan. The trend, which was earlier seen in consumer goods, is also showing in the global auto sector. Volvo recently named Rajesh Mittal as the leader of manufacturing operations, while Sandeep Singh, was named in-charge of strategic operations at Toyota Motors. Beside that, Joginder Singh was named the chief of corporate strategy at Ford Motor company.
