The churn at ride-hailing firm Ola continues with Senior Vice-President and interim COO Pallav Singh calling it quits almost two months after Chief People Officer Susheel Balakrishnan quit in November last year.

Pallav, who had been serving as the interim Chief Operating Officer of the ride-hailing firm after Vishal Kaul, an executive roped in from PepsiCo, stepped down from the post in May 2018, is one of the oldest employees at Ola.

A junior of Ola co-founders Bhavish Aggarwal and Ankit Bhati at IIT-Bombay, Pallav was the fourth employee hired by the Ola cofounders. He was among the first set of employees who came on board Ola at the time of its inception.

Ola has seen a constant churn with top-level exits. 2018 has been a year filled with senior exits and resignations for Indian origin online transportation network company Ola. In May, COO, Vishal Kaul resigned from the post. Then later, in September, Saikaran Krishnamurthy, Senior Vice President of Growth at Ola and Joy Bandekar, Corporate President of new initiatives at the firm had resigned.

Shalabh Seth, Chief Executive of the cab leasing arm Ola Fleet Technologies, Rajiv Bansal, Chief Financial Officer, Raghuvesh Sarup, Marketing Officer and Deep Singh, Senior Director of Operations are a few other senior executives who quit the company over the past one year.
