Sukanya Choudhury assumes the role of CHRO at Kyndryl India

Kyndryl is a spin off company from IBM IT Infrastructure Services. Prior to Kyndryl, she was the HR Business Development Leader- India at IBM.
Sukanya Choudhury assumes the role of CHRO at Kyndryl India

After spending over 17 years in IBM India as the HR Business Development Leader, Sukanya Choudhury has been elevated to the role of CHRO at Kyndryl India. Kyndryl is a spin off company from IBM IT Infrastructure Services. 

On her movement, Anurag Mohit, Vice President - Human Resources, Global Technology Services - Asia Pacific, IBM shares, “Sukanya’s announcement reiterates our commitment to laying a strong foundation of a world-class team that will prepare Kyndryl for future success. Choudhury comes with an extensive experience in HR for more than 24 years. In IBM she worked across multiple business units and geographies driving people solutions, culture programmes and strategic HR initiatives, including executive succession and development. 

Prior to IBM, she has been associated with Netcraft, SQL Star International, and Shivam Group of Companies in HR leadership roles. Sukanya earned her master’s degree in human resources from Delhi University and did an internship at Timex Watches.

IBM, spinned off its managed infrastructure services business into a new $19 billion-annual revenue company to be called Kyndryl.
