48% Indians call their work as "just a job"
In a survey conducted by Monster.com and Gfk, a global market research company, it was revealed that 48% Indians consider their work as ‘just a job’. 43 per cent feel that their job is a part of their career. India ranks fifth in international rankings of career minded workforces. The survey also reveals that younger workforces are more likely to be career minded as compared to the older lot.
