According to a research released by Executive Access Research Group, it was found that 45 per cent of middle and senior executives in seven industries are between 30 and 40 years of age. There seems to be a bias in India to hire at a particular age bracket. The research indicates a large concern of the growing trend of companies reducing age diversity.
