Uttam Bose, Managing Director of Hindustan Motors has resigned. The board at its meeting on Friday accepted the resignation. It also accepted the resignation of Kranti Sinha, a Director and Yogesh Goenka, CFO and Company Secretary. The Chairman CK Birla has already stepped down. The company has been referred to BIFR without its Chennai plant. The Chennai plant has been tagged with one of the promoter-driven entities.
