In uncertain times, where prediction of any kind is difficult to come by, a few progressive organizations such as Google and Hexaware are actually mining data to derive insights into HR analytics such as these, Times of India reported.

To draw an analogy with a manufacturing company which can tell at the end of the day what sales it has clocked, Google and the likes are able to generate data on HR analytics on a real time basis.
