Infosys loses more bandwidth: 2 more key exits likely

Two more senior-level executives of Infosys are likely to leave the IT major in a development that will further shrink the company’s dwindling management bandwidth. According to sources, two senior vice presidents – Ravi Kumar, segment head (insurance, cards and payments) and Rajesh Krishnamurthy, segment head (energy, communications (global) and Europe service) – have put in their papers and the acceptance is expected to happen soon. It is understood that they were expected to leave Infosys during the time of president BG Srinivas’ resignation but it was kept in abeyance till now, sources told FE. The senior VPs were seen in the group of contenders from within the company evaluated by executive search firms in the run-up to finalise the company’s next CEO.
