Policy against sexual harassment

The research and development wing of Thoughts Academy, which specialises in corporate education and training, has developed a specialised module for corporates on drawing up policy against sexual harassment policy for corporates. The Sexual Harassment of Women in Work Place (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act of 2013 requires that the relevant policy be implemented mandatorily in every organisation. The three-and-a-half-hour module will accommodate 30 participants in a batch. Chief facilitator is Krishnendu Sureshkumar, a post-graduate in securities laws and an advanced diploma holder in Company Law.
