Creating the right HR technology architecture
The biggest challenge in front of CHROs today is to design a successful HR technology architecture platform and applications that, in addition to creating a superior employee experience, also add value to business. Yashwant Mahadik, Global CHRO at Sun Pharma chose to address this key issue in his Mega keynote address during TechHR 2016. Sharing the tips and techniques that he has used in his extensive career in leading the implementation of several HR platforms, Yashwant stresses the need of HR professionals today to first realise the business need that the HR software would address. Rather than adopting a new HR technology, HR professionals need to work closely with other department heads to ensure that there exists a business need that the new technology would help tackle. Only then can HR professionals ensure that their HR technology architecture is of use.
