James Parsons, Founder & CEO of Arrows Group Global talks about how recruitment process has undergone changes in the last decade. One thing he says has not changed is recruitment is a people service business and it will always remain the same. But there are a number of factors around hiring that have undergone changes in the last 15 years. In 2003, staffing was a very straight forward role and companies worked in a linear format. Over the last 10 years, newer avenues with which companies can attract talent has exploded, particularly with internet. Parsons tells us that internet has allowed us to track skills globally, instead of just focussing on regional talents.
