As remote working became the cornerstone to business sustainability in the past few months, HR technology has become a critical businesses differentiator. Whether it was checking on employees, enabling them with the right tools to succeed, or enabling learning tools, companies that already pivoted to a new digital model quickly were better prepared for change. Companies also discovered the weaknesses in their HR systems – whether it was the lack of integration between systems, flexibility and consumer-centric platforms, there were a number of changes.
