Real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Deepti Kapoor as Executive Director, Human Resources. 

In her new role, Deepti will be responsible for the development and implementation of strategies, policies, and practices that will reflect Cushman & Wakefield’s HR objectives. She will be based out of Gurgaon.

An advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion, Deepti will also be part of the Indian leadership and help drive long-term sustainable growth for the organisation. 

Deepti comes with over 20 years of experience in strategic HR and building high-performance teams across diverse industries spanning financial services, media, and hospitality, at both Indian and multinational companies. 

Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Deepti was heading talent management and internal mobility at Max Life Insurance. Deepti has worked for ING Vyasa Bank, HT Media Ltd, Aircel, and Grand Hyatt in addition to her own HR consulting company.
