The 12 winning entries will be featured in a book titled Driving Transformation - How 12 Leading Indian Companies managed change

 

 Twelve organisations, twelve different change strategies. The Best Change Interventions of Asia Seminar and Awards on July 2, 2013, saw 40 leading organisations vying for the top awards, out of which 12 winning entries were selected. The event was a culmination of the Best Change Interventions of Asia Study – a study launched by the L&OD Round Table in December 2012 to highlight and document  exemplary change interventions done by organisations.

The companies were evaluated on five parameters – Urgency around visions for change, taking directed steps toward operationalising change, designing a communication strategy and ensuring sound feedback mechanisms, making initial resistance and leveraging early wins to build momentum and  institutionalising the change to ensure that it endures.

The 12 winning entries will be featured in a book titled “Driving Transformation – How 12 Leading Indian Companies managed change successfully.” We bring you a brief snapshot of their stories of change and transformation.

Rise is a continuing journey for the conglomerate towards achieving superior business performance and the group has defined a vision to be amongst the top 50 most admired global brand by 2021.
