Indian job market may witness revival in 3 months: Study

If the recent survey conducted by Edelweiss Securities is to be believed, Indian job market may witness a revival within the next three months. The results of the survey are based on the responses received from recruitment agencies across India. In the survey, the financial services company sought to assess the mood prevailing among recruitment agencies in India. Among the respondents, 70 percent of the recruitment agents were hopeful of normalization of situation in the next three months while 53 percent agreed that job market would improve within next twelve months.

In the survey, the financial services company sought to assess the mood prevailing among recruitment agencies in India. Among the respondents, 70 percent of the recruitment agents were hopeful of normalization of situation in the next three months while 53 percent agreed that job market would improve within next twelve months.
One interesting finding that the survey shown was thatt 69 percent of the respondents were of the view that the total number of employed had in fact increased in India in the last one year.
